Orders are estimated to ship from our SD facility 3-5 weeks after the store closes.
Please be certain to include any Unit/ Suite/ Apt/ Bldg #'s in your ship details. Collexium is not responsible for shipments returned to us due to incorrect/ incomplete shipping info; reshipping fees are the
responsibility of the buyer.
We strive to only include products that we deem to be low-risk for inventory issues. Should any items you order be out of stock on the Closing Date, the price of those items will be refunded in full to your original payment method and you’ll be notified via email.
All products are custom made to order. As such, we are not able to offer exchanges or returns, and all sales are final. On all apparel items, the manufacturer’s size chart is provided for your convenience.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 4 days of receipt. No exceptions. Once we have proof of damaged goods, a decision will be made whether the item is to be returned to Collexium, and whether the damaged item qualifies for a refund. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 4 days, the refund offer will be rejected.
