Things to know
- Goodbye paper order forms... hello online store!
- This pop-up store is open for a limited time & will close on the date listed near top of store's home page.
- A smaller selection of items will also be available for year-round purchase.
- Orders are typically completed 3-4 weeks after the store’s closing date, and will be distributed by your organization at their designated location. Please contact them for details.
- Please add Admin@Collexium.net to your email program's Safe Senders list so emails related to your orders do not land in your spam/junk folders.
- Size charts & fabric contents are provided for your convenience inside each product. Please review carefully prior to ordering.
- All products are custom made to order & produced in bulk. Once the store closes, we are not able to offer returns, cancellations or changes on any products that aren't offered year round.
- The 3% spoilage allowance (industry standard) applies to all production runs. Should any items from your order not be fulfilled as a result, you'll be notified via email & the purchase price will be refunded to your original form of payment.
