• Need multiple sizes of the same product? Click the Multiple Quantities tab within each product to add sizes (located in each item just above the quantity area, next to the Single Item tab.)
• The manufacturer’s size chart is provided on apparel items for your convenience.
• Need more than our minimum quantity but do not see volume pricing within the product? Bulk order discounting may be available! Email us at admin@collexium.net.
• All products are custom-made to order; therefore, all sales are final and we're not able to provide exchanges or refunds.

• Should any items on your order be out of stock, you will receive an email from a Collexium team member.
• Orders typically ship from our Sioux Falls, SD facility 2-3 weeks after we receive your final art approval, though times may increase during peak seasons. *Extended lead time is due in part to providing shoppers some flexibility on timing in submitting logos, art approvals, etc. to Collexium for production purposes.
• Please be sure to include any Unit/ Suite/ Apt/ Bldg #'s in your shipping details. Collexium is not responsible for shipments returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping info; re-shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Some logos require modification to work well with embroidery & laser engraving. If your logo/design is not in a workable format for production requirements, Collexium offers Creative Services at $79/hour to rework your logo into the proper format.
• If Creative Services are required for your logo/design, the Collexium Design Team will contact you.
• If the possible need for Creative Services affects your ability/desire/ comfort in placing an order, please send us your logo prior to purchasing. With this, we offer the gentle reminder that all sales are final.

Any concerns that affect your ability to place your order with confidence, we suggest emailing your logo & details to art@collexium.net prior to purchasing so that we may review & determine how to proceed.

• For all items, we will need a VECTOR logo. Possible file types include AI, EPS, SVG or PDF.
• Unsure if your logo is vector? No problem, just upload your logo(s) & we'll let you know.
• Logo placement is shown on each product image and cannot be changed.
• With all orders, we will provide one complimentary proof of your co-branded logo. 
• Additional changes may be subject to our standard Creative Service rate of $79/hour. To help avoid additional creative fees, please upload or email your logo requirements, color standards or any additional needs/ requests to art@collexium.net after placing your order. 
• We will not proceed with production until we receive your emailed approval. Lead time begins once we've received & confirmed your emailed approval of the proof at art@collexium.net.
